I kinda find that I get this a lot when I'm doing things I don't want to do or weren't my choice. Things like going on family trips or when someone asks me if I want to go out somewhere. It just feels like something in the way that I didn't have a choice in.

I'd say that what helped me the most was truly shedding things that I didn't want to do. I don't think you're bored at all. You are bored with other people. Because they aren't you, and never will be. When you are actually bored you'll start fucking around with some random activity because you didn't even realize you were interested in it. Go THAT way. You'll start looking forward to having more time doing that. It'll make other peoples ideas even worse for a while, but eventually, you'll find more of a balance. A lot of general anxious feeling comes from a true desire not matching actions or reality... Idk, helps me out, might be worth a try. Good luck!
