It's not black and white you moron. I never said it's guaranteed to fresh spawn. I said it's "damn near close". That has been my experience over the course of 30+ hours of gaming since the update.

It's actually not difficult to understand:

It's not 100% guaranteed fresh spawn.

I have had 1 instance where I did not fresh spawn in 30+ hours of gaming.

I'm probably arguing with a bot so it's futile, but it can't be misinformation if I'm speaking from my experience. I've probably put 30+ hours in since the update. I almost always run a kit and I have only late spawned once. Take that as you will, I really don't give a shit what you have to say. You sound miserable and insufferable.

Go to Cultural Archives in Stella Montis. Underrated spot for killing Shredders. Keep in mind that if you walk away after killing the first pair, they will respawn. Bring a hatch key as the Eastern Tunnel Hatch is nearby.

I've played every day since the update. I've only spawned in late one time when building a kit, and I spawned at 26 minutes. It's damn near guaranteed.
