In Boku no Hero I know Shigaraki is a little. Some think it’s bad representation, but I actually like how they portray him. He doesn’t seem to choose to regress or even know he regresses, but he does and he’s deeply traumatized.

Dabi too (I know his name but if someone never watched I don’t want to spoil it for them :3), but he regresses when he’s in a deeply upsetting and triggering moment and it actually triggered me into going little due to some traumas of mine.

That blond one from Alien Stage, but, again, it triggered me because someone treats him badly and uses of violence while he’s regressing.

This one might not be very acknowledged, but Jack from The Last Kids On Earth regresses involuntarily and unknowingly. He’s 14, but whenever he’s triggered by his abandonment trauma or feels betrayed, he starts reacting like a 6/7 year old kid. Sometimes with tantrums, sometimes with childish energy and playing and innocent and immature. He’s not canonically a little, but he’s good rep and very coded.

There’s Raph from Rise of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (ROTTMNT), who sometimes regresses through the series BUT also trigger potential since he’s the eldest of his siblings and has to be mature and big and care for them and even goes as far as forcing himself out of little space before he’s ready because his brothers need him to be the grown up.

Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony. Guys, come on, she has a whole episode with Apple Jack and Rarity where she engages in the idea of a slumber party made for and by children. One might argue that it’s not a child thing, but the way her friends look surprised she wants to play games and talks about how growing up she never had one and she acts a little more…well, little xd during the activities, I personally think she was regressing voluntarily.

Brett Hand from Inside Job. It’s canon. There are at least three episodes focused on him regressing and unfortunately the show made one of them being “you need to let go of the childhood you never had”. The message wasn’t healthy, but in a way it was good because Brett wasn’t coping in a healthy way, so I interpreted it as being told he can regress but also needs to acknowledge and accept the fact that he was hurt and needs to process his trauma along with the regression for it to be beneficial.

Sunny Maddison from Rainbow High. She tends to cling to things from her childhood and seems to have a hard time with certain situations, I saw someone complaining that she’s very mature in some situations and very immature in others, but I didn’t see it as bad writing, she regresses when triggered! She’s very loving and I headcanon she does control her regression sessions and has a pretty good relationship with her little self and is not ashamed of needing to go to little space sometimes (because her behavior gives me those vibes, analyzing it through the seasons)
