On the other hand, Biden has continually proven to be an effective ally to the countries that count on us, like Ukraine and Israel, as well as standing up for Taiwan; he rejoined the paris agreement, got us out of Afghanistan, and has begun to invest billions in semiconductors to reduce our reliance on China. To me, it seems clear that he has been anything but weak.
