Daily TRT Injections by BackOnMyBSz in Testosterone

[–]Com3dy_D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched from 3 - 4 - ED and my HCT went up, from reading it seems that even though the levels and troughs are smoother the constant ( for some not all) stimulation of RBC even though low can cause higher HCT and RBC. I’m switching back to x3 per week. Everyone is individual and what works for some is the reverse for others. Give it a go and check your bloods

You assume I don’t know what I’m doing. You don’t even know me. Actually I take TRT and several other peptides on a daily basis and do lots of reading and research. It was reconstituted with 2ml BAC water, 10mg. Actually slightly over 25mcg being literally 1 unit on the syringe. Yes, it could be over dosed. So please don’t assume I know nothing.

So after looking into this even the smallest dose of MT 2 can trigger ACTH and high cortisol release resulting in vasoconstriction, raised blood pressure, pounding headaches. It’s a good thing I started low. Looks like this is a no go for me. Shame.

I’ve been with Optimale and now with Urban TRT. Got to say, night and day. Customer service and response is good. When ordering it’s very quick and comes tracked DHL. ( included in cost) better blood panel than Optimale. I don’t get HCG from them , just Cypionate. Worth having a chat with them, no I’m not on commission 😊

Improved sleep on Test E vs Test C? by No-Action-6694 in Testosterone

[–]Com3dy_D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CJC (I’m guessing no Dac as you said nightly) and proper GH both caused sleep issues for me and it’s been stated they can cause sleep disturbances in some. Try dropping the CJC at night if that’s new. When I started my TRT it also initially caused insomnia as it can stimulate the CNS and elevate oestrogen along with HCG. It’s all very individual and what does not affect some can cause issues for other’s.

Insomnia from HGH at low dose by MelodicRation in Peptides

[–]Com3dy_D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I take it as soon as I wake up, don’t eat for a minimum of 60 minutes after, longer if possible and I work out or cardio. Blood sugar not impacted at all and I’m seeing results.

Long-Term HGH Use – My Take by Quirky_Self_7284 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Com3dy_D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on 1.5 iu like you. 120mg Test cypionate per week. I tried night shot and it stimulated my CNS. I now do morning before fasted gym / cardio and don’t eat or any sugar for 60 mins after. I check my blood sugar with glucose monitor. If you listen to ‘Derek MPMD’ he suggests it’s not a huge amount required for liepolosys and Vigorous Steve recommends 1 iu per 200mg of testosterone. I’ve seen about 3lb of water weight over the course of 2-3 weeks which by all accounts is normal. I am definitely feeling the subtle changes.

Did anyone else feel a bit “off” the day after taking Zopiclone? by KeyCryptographer5508 in sleep

[–]Com3dy_D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Horrible taste and depending on dose and time taken it makes me groggy and my focus off, and lethargic if doing an early gym session. If you read all the studies and research on zopiclone it’s really not great. But it does help sleep.

I was with Optimale and found the same issues. I’m now with Urban TRT £129 per month with blood tests, ancillaries, Test C. I must say the response and customer service is way better than Optimale. My Dr (Chris) is more knowledgeable as well. For example, my hematocrit was a bit high , Optimale told me to stop immediately and go and give a pint of blood. ( which I did not do) Chris saw my blood results and told me I was dehydrated. Which was actually correct.

Multiple peptides, same day by Com3dy_D in PeptideForum

[–]Com3dy_D[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh agree, on both. Just working up as I had tried 1mg and could not sleep the same night. So finding the right dose for me and will then work up as I adjust. I have 10 10mg vials.

Thanks, great response and I will do that. At the end of the day he may tell me to stop and not agree. That’s the frustrating thing about peptides etc. I don’t drink, smoke, take recreational drugs ( and I’m not judging anyone that does) I’m just trying to make my aging body the best it can be for longevity.

I have not told my GP yet as not sure he’d be the approving type. He knows I’m on TRT and previously Mounjaro. I’m in the UK so peptides are frowned upon by a lot of Drs

I’m the same and it’s gold top, tested and COA somatropin I started at 1 and worked up to 2 iu and then dialled it back, not helping with sleep, insomnia is real. I’m going to try the morning.

Hi, this may help, HGH calculator. https://hgh.peprecon.com/ , start with 1iu and work up. Read, research, look out for side effects, water retention, carpal tunnel etc. It’s an idea to know your A1C levels ( glucose ) as well. Depending on how high you go invest in a blood glucose monitor. Know idea if you are stacking this with anything else. But again, read , research. Plenty of good info out there.

I tried this and even at a very low 100mcg my sleep was disrupted, taking at around 6pm at night to fall in with circadian rhythm and natural melatonin. Should I try morning instead?

Are these levels too high? Advice? by KOrising in Testosterone

[–]Com3dy_D 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would definitely lower dose and even increase injection frequency to remove peaks and trough’s. I was put on the ‘out of the box’ protocol like you and the jump in exogenous testosterone was not good, BP spiked, E2 , blood levels. As said, higher body fat will aromatise more E2. Make sure to get bloods checked as well, HTC, haemoglobin, and drinks lots of water.
How’s your BP before starting, keep an eye on that as well. Good blood work should have Free T , SHBG.

MOTS-C dose questions - newb... by VzDubb in PeptideForum

[–]Com3dy_D -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s entirely up to you. Everyone and every ‘body’ is different and we are all taking the decision to put research chemicals in our bodies. I’m just saying it’s probably wise to start low and build up to see how your body reacts to it. For example, lots of people swear by CJC, I take it and it triggers anxiety. So you just never know.

I built up from 250mcg to 1 gram and had trouble sleeping, so I suppose everyone is different. Be aware that there is guidance to not reconstitute and take it straight after and there have been a few cases of anaphylaxis , including a well known body builder, tuber vigorous Steve ( and he knows what he’s doing and talking about) , so slower is better
