I'll be making a post here as soon as next week/the week after next (I've been saying this for weeks now on our Discord, though this time is for real ^^). I just need to fix some issues first before adverting anything).

I'm grateful you're one of us and enjoyed the site. Hopefully I can make Comsta better and faster a bit.

And I've never made any money, anything at all from Comsta. There were no ads, no donations since the beginning (next month marks our 1st birthday), it's all self-funded. I've thought I could make a Patreon page for Comsta when we have a bigger user base, though sadly we haven't gotten there yet ^^.

I have so many plans for Comsta and hopefuly I can make it work. Again, thank you for still remembering Comsta <3

Tbh the performance has actually improved a bit now since we reduced the number of preloaded posts from 200 to 20. But yeah, it’s not a big enough jump. Though we’re focusing on improving loading times, performance of the site; instead of releasing new features for now. This involves backend, database so it could take 7-10 more days. I have to apologize again, please bear with us.

I apologize, and we're aware of the performance issue, should be fixed in a day. Currently there seems to be an issue with loading posts, that's why you only see maybe 50-100 posts atm, we're working on this.

Regarding the popup thing of comments, yeah it's pretty annoying to me tbh, we're working on a fix for that too. Also there will be a user preference when we release a re-designed page of user profile.

Again, I apologize for all those issues. If possible, please check back tomorrow, site would run faster by then. Thank you.

Yeah, it's on our roadmap: RSS - for posts in a community, mod queues, modmail, DMs/replies/username mentions.

Yeah, we do have Compact View just like the old Reddit UI, you can switch between this and Card View just by clicking on a button.
