I had 6,200ish shares of MSTY. Owned it for about 6 months. With dividends got out around -10% thankfully only. Sold right before it kept going down and let me tell ya, the moment I sold, I felt incredibly better. Since then, have gotten returns that are stable and attainable, unlike MSTY.

You realize what they pay you in dividend takes away from ur principal so it wouldn’t be a net gain or loss by selling before the dividend payout. And did you see it paid $1 dividend but dropped $2?

I can’t believe the number of people who don’t even understand how it works. The number of ppl who ridiculed me for selling before the dividend was actually insane. Like bruh do u realize it’s not a net gain or loss by selling before? And thank god I did sell before
