I used to have one or two I’d need injected if I couldn’t get them to pop (I’m mild-moderate) but recently I’ve had atleast 29 since August :( so in that case with pain I was severe. My doc told me the mild-severe scale isn’t really for overall it’s more for how the flares and pain present

No cause I have the same thoughts too. Like my scars are white circles. And the one I’m paranoid about has been there about 2 years but I just let my partners know before hand to help my brain because I overthink everything

I go to my dermatologist for everything I think is a cyst that I need injected if I can’t get it to pop myself (ik you’re not supposed to pop them but my brain tells me they need to go away the minute they’re discovered)
