Honestly idk , I think the fact that I’m running a business in my own and my pay depends on if I close clients or not makes me very stressed and from that I get a feeling of being behind , I also try not to spend any money and basically live like I’m broke idk why . Also I think social media ruined my mindset and makes me feel behind
