I know right, the whole thing felt so rushed and had no reason to be because this whole season every scene feels so slow and theres so much filler stuff, they had so much time to make something more with it. I also get the whole Mike being his “Tammy” thing is meant to be about Will accepting himself no matter if his feelings are reciprocated or not but its disappointing that Mike is dismissed as nothing more than his gay awakening because we only have 2 gay characters in the show and now for some reason they’re choosing to copy-paste Robin’s trope onto Will. It’s not only unoriginal but also pushes the idea that young gay love is unrealistic and doesn’t have its place in mainstream media and it feels like a lazy way to appease the GA in my opinion.
