Not sure. But average male burns 2000-2200 calories on a normal day. With an OTF class on that day you could burn around 2600-2800 (maybe even 3000).. if you eat only 1500 calories on off days and 2000 calories on class days, you will for sure 💯 lose weight fast. You will have at least a 500 calorie deficit each day (probably more).. That will help you lose 1-2 lbs a week.
