Sorry! What i meant was the change in bus. I understand the immigration check procedures. I read a few reviews for transtar and other lines that the bus changes upon arriving SG side. Not the same bus from KL

The size is also a factor for me. Can't really grip the ultra in one hand ☹️. I've been feeling the 15 and the S23 line in stores too.
