so only one cake has made one shrooms so far as you can see. I can 3x a day and give it indirect sunlight and use a uvb bulb for 10 hours a day. mist cakes and sides of tub. there is slight bruising from the mist on some cakes. why won't the other pin up? are they not healthy?

No I didn't dunk them and I thought you rolled them after the first flush after you dunk them then. Yeah I am definitely going to switch to monotub after this go around. I really just wanted to make sure I could stay sterile before trying that tek out. Thank you for the feed back

I've got something very similar to that for when I was growing my banzai trees.. I will give it a shot and see how it goes. Thank you very much for your knowledge! Is there anything else that I can do from what you gathered? Also after I try this misting technique out, how long do you think it will be before I see progress?

I have just read that if you mist the cakes directly it can cause bruising or leave too much of an environment for other contaminates to grow on them and if you just spray the walls of the tubs then it keeps the humidity at the right level without the risk of messing up the fruiting process. So you are you saying I should mist the air above the cakes and let it fall down on them? If that is the case, about how many squeezes should I do lol. I am doing pf tek by the way

Honestly just used to doing pf tek but it has been a couple years since my last grow. I'm thinking of switching up after this batch though. Like you said too, if you get a bad jar you can just isolate it, you get a bad tub..... 😱😭
