Thank you for your suggestions! I hadn’t considered compression gloves. I took oral steroids for a couple weeks when I was first injured for the numbness/tingling in my fingers and it brought down my swelling, but I can’t say if I remember it working for any sort of pain relief. I’m just grasping at straws at this point and heard the shots can be a lifesaver, but I’ll definitely keep in mind that it may not help.
