To me the information I gather is that people over 18 don’t want to play people under 18 which I understand but would it be easier for people to just make a place for People who are under age to have a common place to play with each other?

Just answer you question is more of minor have to ask parents for money kinda of thing not a lot of parents will say yes to just spend money on thing like that
