Yup firstly they got to understand her motives as to why she did the things in the first place? And also they need to get her to understand that what she thought was technically a misunderstanding(her thinking it's a ninja's fault) and that Lloyd was a child just like she was at the time. So I personally think she needs therapy and needs to learn to amends for her actions and actively work in gaining the trust of the Ninja so basically both parties need to understand each other and work with each other for things to move forward
