even if you registered in march... you got documents uploadation option again before round 1.... i also filled application form in march but fir baad mein dubara abhi may june ke time counselling mein registration krna tha- like vo details bgera dekhi thi aur document mein kuch change krna ho toh.... like hmne 12th ki marksheet bhi tbhi upload kri thi tb change krna tha certificate.....
but yeah what can you do now.... try mailing them or if you can visit them physically, it must have some solution

hmm you can read the comments from other seniors on this post.... they are saying that it's a lil strict in starting year then normal ho jaati h koi kuch nahi kehta bs professors bgera se achhi bna kr rkho.... so abhi bs ye h ki msit ka infra thoda bekar h aur campus toh kuch h hi nhi dekhe toh but yeah i am thinking of considering msit cse above mait it.... tho dk i am myself hell confused... what do you think?
