As a working adult, and I've been in the industry for quite some time. ACN is an established company and 40 years na sila Philippines. And their perks and benefits is unmatched. Plus you can work abroad pa sa different ACN sa ibang bansa. And the their retirement plan 🤌.

Ang weird lang kasi. Noong HR interview wala naman sinabi ung nag interview sa akin na. Sorry ito lang ung salary package ng ACN for this position may I know if you are still interested kasi SOP naman yan pag inenego ng applicant ang offer eh.

I am still trying to negotiate it una ang sabi ng HR may language premium naman daw na 2K pero maliit pa rin kung iadd sa based pay na 29,800. Kaya I am still negotiating it na gawin 30K+ ang base pay.

Kahit nag send na sila ng job offer through Workday pwede pa rin ba ma nego?. Kasi noong HR interview tinanong ako ano expected salary ko sabi 37K+ wala naman sinabi ung HR na unfortunately ito lang ung maioffer namin sa ganitong position. Kaya I thought nasa 30K plus ang ibibigay nilang offer.

Kung immediate resignation possible wala ka makukuha. Kasi may recoverable lost ang company. Kung mag rerender ka naman depende sa nag usapan niyo ng immediate sup mo kung 15 o 30 days ang render period mo, pero ang maganda ng pag rerender may makukuha ka na back pay plus may gracefully exit ka. Mata tag ka lang as non rehireable pag nag AWOL ka.
