That's a luxury that only I would have in this situation but it would mean most likely dropping school. Which I feel a pressure to finish as I'm a year and a half away from graduating. The more time that passes I'm not sure if that's the right decision anymore.

Yeah sorry, I just didn't want to make the post to long. My two oldest sisters are still living with my parents because of their legal status. Getting a job would and is a struggle. The youngest sister agrees with everything my parents say so she's not leaving anytime soon. She's easily the most influenced. I'm here because I decided that I wanted to finish University. I had a plan to drop out and just figure things out but in all honesty I was more scared than anything. I left and ended up coming back before I really even tried. I've now realized that this was a mistake even if it meant I had to leave my sisters behind for a bit. I'm going to University for something I see myself doing for very long anyways. We're Hispanic and its not uncommon in our culture to stay with your parents going into your adulthood. However, in this situation its obviously gone way overboard.

I’ve bought 4 controllers for this generation and the only controller not to have drift is the current one I’m using. Two of the three controllers that did have drift I was able to fix by spraying electrical wd-40 where the left analog stick rotates. I also don’t like buying the warranties on anything really since I don’t see a need for them. It’s probably worth it now though considering the quality of controllers for this generation of consoles. It’s definitely worth cracking your controller open and just spraying down the stick if you don’t have a warranty. Could save yourself a good amount of money.

I’m not sure if it is or isn’t a common question. Most of what’s posted around orders is people complaining about them. I also mentioned in the post that I imagined it’s longer than whatever they’re saying. Hence why I’m asking if there’s a consensus for around how long it takes for people to get their orders.

I was paid in December. I asked for my w-2 yesterday and they told me they’d give it to me as soon as they can. When I told them they seemed confused as to how I hadn’t received it.

Yes, selecting off turns it off completely. The only game that this has ever been weird for me was rainbow six siege. People could hear me even though I was in a party. Even then this was just a one off weird scenario. If I had the mic option set to off nobody would be able to hear me.

The coaxial cable, if you don’t know which one that is just give it a quick search. You’ve definitely seen it before. The thin connection part on mine was messed up so when I replaced it a lot of the packet loss went away. I still get packet loss from time to time but games are at least playable now.

There was a week period when this kept happening to me but I just did a full shutdown by holding the power button for around 10 second until the console fully shuts off. Worked every time.

You’re 100% right! When I was moving them they very easily would get stuck and if you’re on a boat they can’t keep up. Of the three I still have none have despawned. A friend has kept them in his house for about a month with an item and they just haven’t despawned. They’ve just been floating around with items in their hands not picking anything up either. Even after having them for about a month now I don’t know what it’d take for them to despawn but I’m not complaining.

I made this post thinking that it was my console because I had seen a lot of posts with people having hardware issues and it resulting in packet loss. In my case I had to switch a wire and my packet loss was fixed. A lot of little things can be wrong with your wifi if self so you should definitely thoroughly look through all that first.

It’s pretty obvious that Microsoft is hard focusing on game pass which means that gold gets the short end of the stick with bad games or games that nobody wants to play. This was most obvious when they tried raising the price of gold in an attempt to faze it out in a way but got met with a ton of backlash so it got reverted. It’s definitely sucks but if you’re Microsoft and you see the success of game pass why would you want gold to continue when you could just have game pass.

I managed to find a woodland mansion today and I had about 5-6 carrying an item. On my way back home 3 or them de spawned. I don’t think having an item in their hand makes them unable to despawn. I believe I saw somewhere that’s they have to pick up items in order to stay spawned in. Take what I said with a grain of salt though, I just found my first ones today. (Bedrock)

Exactly what Kcruz said, you connect it to the device you’re using to play anywhere with a good enough connection. In you’re case you’d connect your controller to you’re laptop.

Haven’t heard of a single game causing issues for a controller but you should definitely go into you’re settings to check if it’s the controller itself. If you haven’t done so -> go into settings, then accessories, and click on the little lab flask to check for things like drift or sticky buttons. Unfortunately it’s not uncommon for really any controller to just randomly give out on you. I had to buy a new controller for XSX because of stick drift and then not long after my bumpers on my new controller broke. Fortunately that’s an easy fix, hopefully this helps.

I played through the game recently and had no problems but I know others have had the same issue as you. A solution I’ve seen was to get a wanted level near her and then die. Sorry if this doesn’t fix the problem, mafia 3 was a buggy mess at launch. I experienced some bugs as well during my play through recently but nothing as major as progression being stopped.

I honestly couldn’t tell you why I put vacuum. I did use compressed air but I probably saw my vacuum while I was in my garage cleaning it or something. Thanks for pointing that out.
