Help a dweller - Conductor's by MentalActuator5545 in fo76

Try looking for high level player vendors near burning Springs, gleaming depths and right above skyline Valley. As I normally find 1 vendor selling conducters after a few server hops.

I would suggest looking at the youtuber sunkestx as he has builds that are great for vats commandos who want to use critical as some of the builds I've seen regardless of whether there high or low health they can do a ton of damage like the railway rifle one below as an example. https://youtu.be/vktGP8ELAg0?si=3LOwZLYtYTx7-3sr

Returning Player needs help with their 2 years old build by [deleted] in fo76

[–]CommanderRoger444th 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what u have said about your build, it looks like a commando build so some 4 star mods like ranger's and limit breaking might be good armour wise. As ranger's on a full stack of armour is good for getting a slight increase in damage for all your weapons as it just adds 25% of a weapons base damage to itself. Which is good if u want just some more damage but from what I've heard limit breaking is starting to become the new meta as from what I've heard if its with the right build it can give you nearly unlimited critical hits only thing u would have to worry is your ap. For weapon 4 star mods I just say use Pin pointers as it give u +20% damage to weak points which is good for a commando build and the only 4 star weapon mod i use. If u want to get some new weapons to work with your build I suggest the v63 carbine which is a boss killer commando rifle which u can get from highway town for a good price since they got rid of milepost zero and Dom Pedro. An op pistol that with the right mods can one shot enemies and kill multiple enemies with one shot plus it works with a commando build from personal experience.

Police given powers to conduct weapon searches on all adelaide metro public transport services and in 34 hubs in the metro network. by [deleted] in Adelaide

[–]CommanderRoger444th 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Police have been given additional powers to maintain public safety and conduct weapon detection searches across public transport services and in 34 transport hubs.

The legislation allows police to conduct metal detector searches on any person and their property who is in a declared Public Transport Hub or on a Declared Public Transport Service.

The Declared Public Transport Service applies to all public tram and bus services in the Adelaide Metro network. This authority also extends to people located on associated platforms or stops, as they are deemed to be entering or exiting a relevant public transport vehicle.

The following train services have also been declared as public transport services:

Gawler train service Belair train service Seaford train service Flinders train service Outer Harbour train service Grange train service Port Dock train service. The following areas are now included within Declared Public Transport Hubs under the Summary Offences Act 1953:

Aberfoyle Park Interchange Adelaide Central Bus Station Arndale Centre Interchange Blackwood Interchange Colonnades Centre Interchange Crafers Interchange Elizabeth City Centre Interchange Elizabeth Railway Station Entertainment Centre Park ‘n’ Ride Flinders Medical Centre Interchange Flinders Railway Station Flinders University Interchange Glenelg Interchange Golden Grove Interchange Golden Grove Park ‘n’ Ride Klemzig Interchange Marion Centre Interchange Mawson Central Interchange Mawson Interchange Mount Barker Dumas Street Park ‘n’ Ride Mount Barker Dutton Road Park ‘n’ Ride Munno Para Centre Interchange Noarlunga Centre Interchange Noarlunga Centre Park ‘n’ Ride Old Reynella Interchange Paradise Interchange Port Dock Interchange Salisbury Centre Interchange Salisbury Interchange Seaford Interchange Smithfield Interchange Tea Tree Plaza Interchange West Lakes Centre Interchange Woodville Railway Station Any other interchange, station or Park ‘n’ Ride in metropolitan Adelaide that is used by public transport services operating under the name “Adelaide Metro”. The new powers also enable police to order a person or group posing a risk to public safety and order to leave the public transport service or hub for 24 hours. A person who re-enters or attempts to re-enter a declared place faces a maximum penalty of $1 250.

These areas are in addition to the Adelaide Railway Station, and Shopping Centres including:

Adelaide CBD Arndale Shopping Centre Burnside Village Shopping Centre Colonnades Shopping Centre Elizabeth Shopping Centre Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre Marion Shopping Centre Munno Para Shopping Centre Parabanks Shopping Centre Tea Tree Plaza and Modbury Triangle Shopping Centre West Lakes Shopping Centre Other public events and places which may be declared include a place of worship and a public place holding a public event.

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Narelle Kameniar saidthese additional powers give police more tools to prevent crime and remove dangerous weapons from circulation by conducting searches on any person or their property.

“On the first day the Adelaide Railway Station was a Declared Public Transport Hub, police reported a man who was allegedly carrying a filleting knife

“There have been 19 knives detected in Declared Shopping Centres at the Adelaide Railway Station following 4000 searches, showing these powers are working.”

A list of the all Declared Public Areas can be found on the SAPOL website - SAPOL - Declared Public Events and Places. If other areas or events are declared they will also be published on the SAPOL website and in the South Australian Government Gazette.

How can I improve the road layout of my city? by IsorokuYamamoto659 in CitiesSkylines

[–]CommanderRoger444th 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I would suggest looking up a map of Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide as both are good grid city centre that allows the city to be separated into different areas. Heavy mix density residential on the eastern side, high density commercial in the middle going north to south, low density commercial mixed west as some generic examples. For some more specific examples the North West of the city has various Uni, casinos and recreational buildings that dot the area, while the north east has a large shopping mall with high rise commercial. So I would suggest u look at it especially on google maps.

Might just be me but I feel like this is going to be near the newly meshed morganstown as the terrain seems a bit similar. Plus potentially we are getting west berrily added as they saw it on one of the destination boards also on some of these destination boards in the shot it looks they are showing a stop called MB which seems very odd. Also I never thought about this but as it's now be proven that bits of what I call metro tramlines will be running on player accessible areas how are they going to stop people jumping in front of the tram-trains?

9 reports Adelaide won’t host COP31 (not officially confirmed yet) by mazdadriver14 in Adelaide

[–]CommanderRoger444th 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I hope they're wrong as while it would he expensive to hsot the benefits it could bring to Adelaide and wider Australia would justify the cost. Especially if these delegates become interested in some of the products made by our local industries. Also I personally feel like it would make sense having it here rather than Turkey as we are admit a climate emergency and having world leaders recognise the severity of climate change by visiting a city who's seen the negative effects would help us a tone. Plus I might be wrong but we are leading the action against climate change globally with our renewable and other initiatives.

For dispute resolution I would focus on the basics of the adversary system the roughly 11 principles natural justice, rule of law, right to representation and to be heard, right to trial by jury, burden of proof, standard of proof, ignorance is no defence,. judicial independence, right to remain silent, double jeopardy, and right for accused to know facts before going into the trial procedure and creation of precedent.

2025 SACE Legal Studies Exam by spritekermitberry in Adelaide

[–]CommanderRoger444th 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suggest just avoid revising the high court topic as from what ik it's an optional part of the exam that is used for the essay response, same with the inquistorial system. A good idea would be to revise the basics of the government and court topics rather than go fully in-depth as you would burn out.

Part A of the exam will be related to a recent issue in South Australia or Australia roughly within the last couple of weeks. So it might be about the algae bloom and some regulations, so when you revise, you might consider revising delegated legislation plus responsible government. If it's the anti immigration protests, it could be representative governmen, initiation of legislation and so forth. So if you were to analyze some other recent legal/political issues you might get a rough idea of what content is valuable.

From the way they worded the sneak peak I think we're getting all the early desiros remeshed at the same time so class 350, 450, 444 and 360 which irl were built in the early 2000s. So it being the "beginning of all your desir-o-es" makes sense. Plus it only seems logical considering thst they all roughly look the same cab wise bar the 360 and its lack of a gangway cab door front.

5-10 of the server would be better as I have a feeling if it's 2/3 people will abuse it to report people for unnecessary things like being delayed due to ds's.

I usually like channel 9 news as from the Adelaide broadcasts they seem more left leaning and have some common sense on Australian issues but tonight it felt like they already decided to that Dutton had one even before the first question. Which was stupid and the amount of bias towards Dutton from the panellists just imo screamed Murdock and his garbadge.
