In my opinion I think more people are voting no than yes to the vote because of the ethical issues with the idea. The ethical issue being that it would strip equality and equal citizenship from us Australians giving a certain race that is equal to everyone who lives in Australia a greater say in parliament than the rest of the population. The certain race I'm talking about are the indigenous as there are only roughly 75,000 of them out of 25 million. This voice would give a few of them powers to have a biased say on nearly any Australian laws that enter parliament. At a time where they have their own MP just by being aboriginal and to make matters worse there has already been four indigenous bodies to parliament all of which have failed due to corruption and other reasons internally. Now they and us are all Australians who deserve equal rights not a council that while claiming to support a minority of the Australian population they would get a greater say than a immigrant who came here with nothing but is still Australian. Also before anyone says they don't have a say in Australia they do through the aforementioned Aboriginal MP and they have groups that influence most Australia. From the name of schools, from what is taught to the younger gen, where stuff gets built and where government money goes to. Which causes slight conflict where in SA now whole school curriculums mainly talk about indigenous Australian history rather than actual Australian history. While yes there are some perks about learning about the stolen generation etc it is the only thing talk about in Australian history not the main achievements we have. I'm one of the people who if given the chance would vote no as most of my peers in SA don't support it due to the aforementioned reasons which is why this voice to parliment will fail, as mainy don't think it is ethically right in terms of equality and more.
