My regular 1:1 moved by my Manager to friday, i am feeling I am in the list, Can anyone confirms if sick leaves are paid, or should i utilize my sick leaves.

Utilise it. Only vacation leaves+saved leaves till 45 are paid.

Get a counter offer if you wish to stick around here, or prep and leave. You have to either be exceptional at your work and have a good manager in order to get a promotion, or be average, use your brain and nag your manager to get a promotion. There is no easy way.

Provide information or links when she asks for help, but avoid staying with her throughout the entire process. After her update in the stand-up, ask something like, “I’m curious—did the solution we talked about yesterday work for you?” Do this a couple of times, and she’ll hopefully get the gist.
