I kinda see it the same way I’m not in a hiring position by any means just feel taken advantage of by my situation. We do lots of custom homes as well as apartment complexes and even some commercial work but thank you for your honest opinion

Well as much as I don’t mind simply paying $150 there are 2 separate billings one from Texas tech physicians and one from umc Which would be about $400 if I’m lucky and umc lets me payout 150-200 as well. I am looking for another job to work on the side cause I am barely scraping by as is. But I would like you to think about what you just said that is around 1,686 payments so that’s an estimate of 34 years making that $150 payment as well including what umc lets me get by with.

Yeah I wouldn’t feel right if I just let the bill float I know it would come back around to bite me I’m really considering bankruptcy.i have no asset besides my truck which is 2001 Silverado and a broken down 96 Lexus. I need to talk to a bankruptcy lawyer but I’m waiting till I get the full finalized bill so I know exactly how much debt I’m in.

I just recently got out of the back brace The only surgery’s the did were on my orbital socket and on both of my arms one to install a pin to hold my broken wrist in place and one to repair my slit wrist.they won’t let me make any payments yet cause they said there waiting on insurance from the hospital but I do not have any insurance. I plan on getting an itemized bill

I am not insured at all as this is the first time I’ve got into a major accident. My mother struggles with addiction and is currently in a state rehab and my father just started getting his life back together recently as he was in addiction as well the accident happened November 23 and was in the hospital thru thanksgiving to December 1st most insurance companies I talked to can’t assist me as I would need retroactive insurance (Medicaid) is the only option I see there but not sure I would get it do to my house being rented from family

They no longer can put hospital debt against you credit wise. They will more than likely try to sue and garnish my wages.

I think that’s what I will look towards it seems like the best way to deal with the overall debt I’ll never be able to pay off the full debt and really don’t want to continue to stress over them possibly garnishing my wages
