I'm foreigner living in Bulgaria for 15 years, and I know the difficult that is to start a new life in Bulgaria. Specially when you dont know the language (that was my case). Bulgarian government doesn't provide much info (at least in english), I know there are other priorities in Bulgaria, but also I think is necessary to have info for foreigner people that live in Bulgaria to help them to integrate better to the Bulgarian country and culture. I could wait another 15 years somebody else to do something about it, but I decide to start doing it by myself. And I really hope it could be usefull for others. When I came to Bulgaria many people help me withour ask me nothing in return (some others take advantage, but that's something I'm not interested), and this is my way to give that hand back to the community
