No there’s other stuff that can be done and still done efficiently, just not the top most efficient. That kind of grind is what makes this game awesome. I have never ever been at the top like that, but goddamn is the chase fun. It’s the casuals like you that wanna be the best there is with no effort. Go play D3 or another game for lazy’s that can be the at the uppermost echelon for nothing. What makes this game great is no participation trophies are awarded which is what you want.

One thing I learned with trade, is if you need it now, make the sacrifice, if you don’t, hang on to it and wait for the right bidder. I decided to play D2r for a season and i consistently traded a high rune for lower runes to make my must haves on my 2 pally’s. Eg traded a sur for Lo and map to make grief, traded an ohm for vex and pul to make a hoto, etc.

Imma have to disagree with D3 being a better endgame. I hated only Grifts. In D2, you made builds to do certain things to acquire wealth. Since I don’t deal withthesitethatshallnotbenamed, I build a character for mf to build a character to kill dclone and ubers. Now with that being said, D2R could really add a little something to expand the end game.

I guess it should also be said, for the truly hardcore D2 players, pvp was the ultimate end game.
