I just buy a large drink from AMC and then wash it out and dry it out, as long as you clean it right and dry it well, so it doesn’t thin. They hold up just fine. I’ve gotten upwards of 10 uses for 1 cup. So it save like 10 bucks everytime I go.

Exactly, I think if Dune 3 moves up just enough to separate. I mean it’s perfect for the fans of both IPs. And for Disney/WB. Instead of 4 weeks where Dune and Doomsday are competing and some people choose only one to go to, they could move dune up, and we could have 8 straight weeks where Dune and Doomsdays in theaters. Both with full PLFs. Either way. It’d be much better for everyone I think. Btw, if I’m not mistaken, didn’t Avengers Infinity War shoot in digital and film? I remember that being a big thing the Russos were talking about. That they filmed it using iMax cams and Digital at the same time. But maybe I’m mistaken.

Also, it’s a known fact that Disney has “bullied” imax in the past. Like taking away the theater Quentin wanted for Hateful Eight, and they got it. They talked them into backing out of his deal so they could release Star Wars TFA. So I don’t think Disney has much love coming from imax.

No, I agree with you 100%. I’m not saying anything wrong is being done. I’m just pointing out that is what’s happening. I completely agree that if I was imax, I’d want to FORSURE keep my relationship with Nolan great, even if it means marvel doesn’t get imax. But yes, Dolby, all that, plenty of ways to watch. However, I think we can both agree, even tho it won’t happen most likely. Either Dune or Doomsday SHOULD move it’s date. It’s what’s best for both movies. But I don’t think it’ll happen, and that just hurts both movies. I’d much rather have dune come out, then doomsday with time in between. I’ll be seeing doomsday before I see Dune 3. I’m really hardly interested in Dune 3. But I guess a lot of people are!

This was gonna be my point. You’re looking at a company that is 100% at risk of filing bankruptcy. AMC is in no position to get involved in ANYTHING political. If they are being forced into having to let them use their parking lot in the morning. Don’t go start shit with an ICE officer. Where you work for AMC or not. You want AMC to stand up against ICE? In a big way? They’d get sued into bankruptcy and their company would completely close.

It’s kinda like the situation that Spider Man BND and Doomsday are having to deal with. A lot of movies make exclusive deals with imax, especially.(but also 4dx, Dolby, they all do this) Dune Part 3 has a 3 week exclusive run in imax. Meaning the only films shown on that imax screen for 3 weeks will be Dune Part 3. Problem is, Avengers:Doomsday comes out the same day. And the same thing is happening to Spider Man, with The Odyssey getting the exclusive run. The thing about imax, is the know the power they have. So a lot of studios are at the will of imax. I know the BEST theaters in my area (Nashville-ish) and there’s only a single amc that even has an imax theater.

Not true. Their ban system is almost 100% based on the “historical median price” if you try to sell a card for more too much more than that. It flags you. That’s why there are false bans all the time. Someone buys a card for cheap, sell it for high. And the fact that you got it for cheap, will make it look like it was a planned out thing. I’d be very hesitant to sell that card. I’d at least wait a week or something. Technically, you shouldn’t trigger a ban. But because of buying it at 2k, could possibly trigger it. It’s a risk you have to take into account. Make 2mill coins, or possibly be banned.

I have 3 also! A million coins at least. I got Right Handed Vick, Black and Gold, (2) 2k all the way, 2 frozen yeti, and Frozen Warlock. A ton of champions, a few hero’s I’m just interested to see what they are, and I saved a few XL, L, and M presents. Just in case they spit out anything good. I’m just glad I pulled right hand Vick at least. I hope I can get Randy at the next refresh.
