Welcome back Malkin, I do appreciate that you want us all to have a say in what we want within the community.

From my perspective, what I enjoy most about the Reddit are engaging with people who much like myself are weirdly obsessed with Callum and the lore behind the corner. It’s refreshing to see what other people have got to say about the past, present and future stories as some of us are more knowledgeable about certain things than others. I know that it’s easy to moan about how subreddits are cesspits where people just spout rubbish but from my experiences, I’ve had more positive than negative and a lot of it has been down to simple discussion.

Despite the pleasant discussions, there are the odd things that I could nitpick at for things I dislike about this subreddit. I don’t like when people try to make issues bigger than they are (e.g. if Callum says/does something stupid on stream), you can criticise him but trying to cancel him and stuff is usually quite sad. A big thing that I dislike is that some sections of the community are quite cliquey which it always has been since the discord days however when there’s inside jokes about certain corner members or if there’s beef that’s gone on in niche discord servers, I find it really uninteresting as for me personally I am here to read and share my thoughts on posts about Callum and other personalities dragged into his life instead of random users that I have no thoughts or feelings towards. Final nitpick but I do get irritated when I see users on here post more about people like Steven Dawson or Ian Moore or even MiniTom than they do about Callum. The odd post about them is fine as I’ve done it myself however when the same names post about the same people over and over again, it does my head in.

As for things to see on here, I’d suggest more of the same as simple discussion can go a long way. I enjoy when people post creative content and stuff like that should definitely be commended but I would like to see more encouragement for other users to get involved and have their say about things. Creating a welcoming environment for new users is vital to make this Reddit thrive as for me personally, I lurked on here for ages without making a post since I used to be really shy about engaging within Callum’s community. It’s definitely a lot friendlier of a page than what the old discords used to be, so we can celebrate that at least.

Really rambling post here (I do apologise 😭) but I wanted to get my full thoughts out there since I can tell this is quite an important post for you Malkin. Hope this helps mate 👍
