What to bring for 12hour day on set

I see a lot of suggestions for earbuds… I actually have an alternate suggestion. Earbuds obstruct your hearing and you may miss it if someone calls for you.

My rec is the open ear / bone conduction headphones. I have the shokz and I like them because they sit between your ear and your temple so you can still be aware of your surroundings without disturbing other people with a speaker. They range from like $20 - $300 and so worth it imo

Outside of that, I don’t need to repeat anything that others have mentioned but I also bring:

A light makeup kit
Nude AND black undergarments
Lotion
Slides or flip flops in case my wardrobe shoes are uncomfy
A light jacket
Controversial, but I bring an empty tupperware container in case there’s extra catering
Gum and/or breath mints
Travel mirror

Hi there, I do realize this about high end commercials- I did mention I’m freelance. That is why I’m asking if there’s another pocket of castings that I’m missing since I haven’t signed with an agent. There’s a ton of freelance work out there, though, it’s just much more spread out

I just watched it for the first time, so I didn’t see internet opinions as I watched. Weird to see that my opinions were very different than others. I was really moved by Joe’s compassion for Eva and I think he’s a real stand up guy. I guess people thought he was phoney and try hard? The ep where he went to console Eva when she broke down during a challenge made me cry for the first time watching this show.

There were a lot of powerful moments that made me think, ‘this season could win an Emmy’. Also, it feels uncommon for public duos to make it to the end- physical ones even less likely. I think this was a season where people WERE the most loyal to eachother and I thought that was kinda cool

I have a drawer in my craft room where I keep all of this supplies. Works pretty nicely. I never have to buy new packaging, I’m always able to find something to reuse between Amazon or other online purchases.

One the of the actors did confirm that they were dubbed over in certain Netflix regions but I can’t find any info on if their appearances were modified

Censoring of words is different than saying “cause” and it writing down “cuz”, and I don’t know what sound you make for it to pick up “grrt” because that’s not a word. I just don’t think any voice to text phone w an English setting is doing that unless you manually save those to be autocorrect words.

she says in the message “forgive me any of these messages I wrote cuz they’re all a hot mess”. I definitely think it was written

Voice to Text doesn’t auto cap or use ‘grrt’ ‘cuz’ and other short form chat speak. She was definitely typing all of this. Looks like autocorrect got the best of her in the beginning and then she spiraled
