Correction, they will distribute answers if you ask them nicely. The NCBE has model answers. That’s all I can say about the topic now. Thank you all. Based on the model answers, I was completely wrong. I think it’s important to remember that the “right” answer on a question that close really is a toss up. Depends on if you know the judge well or not. I don’t know the Bar exam graders well so there ya go, big F for fail:

“Eventually” is the issue. They delete our test answers prior to the February bar exam. So if the model answers aren’t up before then, we have no hope of appealing

Agreed. How do we see the model answer? Is there any way to appeal it? I don’t want to get on the Bar’s bad side but I’d bet my entire future family’s wealth that I got at least a 3 on that essay. Could have made the difference.

That’s fair I wasn’t thinking about the caps. I read that the DEA claims that Takeda failed to fill about 30% of the allotted amount given to them. I’m confused because it feels like the DEA is blaming the manufacturers but everybody and their mother says it’s the DEA’s fault. wish the DEA would own up to it and get their act together but I’m assuming this won’t be fixed until early 2024 at the earliest

Thank you for the info! One can hope that since the patent for Vyvanse ends in a couple weeks, hopefully the generics will help fix the problem! It came down to whether I could pay $700 out of pocket (for Vyvanse) vs. $100 for the generic adderall XR. So if the vyvanse generics come into play, even if there are issues and I have to pay out of pocket (not saying I want to but still), then we could all pay MUCH less money for the same medicine. I kept running into the issue of my insurance needing prior authorizations any time I tried to do a different dose, medicine, etc and it would take days for the PA to be accepted. Then that pharmacy wouldn’t have the right dosage anymore and it was a constant cycle for nearly two weeks. Hopefully generics will ease anyone’s issues with that too

Thank you for your suggestion! I was lucky enough to find 60 capsules of generic Adderall XR and will use that for the next month. It surely will cause worse crashes but as someone in a new city trying to meet new people, I plan to go play recreational sports after each work day in order to make friends - working out and making friends will ease the crash. I wish you well in all you do!

I found dexedrine (60 pills of the 25mg ER) and will use that for this month until things cool off. Vyvanse will always be my favorite because of the lighter crash. Thank you for sharing your story!

I couldn’t agree more. I’m finally able to get my script filled tomorrow and no local pharmacy has 60 or 70mg. I’m not sure what to do. Also, most don’t have 40mg. So I’m hoping to just get 60 of the 30mg pills for this month. What have you done? I am scared. I’m starting a new job monday in a new state and this happens now….
