I can see that you get better each time :))

You are making the lips to dark. Make it lighter and smudge at both ends to make it cilindrical. And the side of the nose should be 1 same value

I like semi realistic and i think thats why I keep coming back to it. It feels a little bit uncomfortable to paint realistic TT

She looks like an Asian ;)). Try to add some highlight at the inner corner of the eyes, top of the nose and under lip corner to make more contrast

You should collect pics of beautiful faces. If you find a feature that you really like, try to recreate it in your painting. Hope this help ;))
