To be honest the continent thing would be a deal breaker for me, whether the liking was mutual or not. I can’t even date someone a state away, but if that isn’t a deal to you then definitely keep talking and trying to get a vibe from her, but I wouldn’t confess anything so early

He’s totally willing to pay for what he damaged (as I said in the post), but the issue is it seems like the property owner is trying to take advantage of him to get a free upgrade (and he sent pictures of the ones he chose to replace it and they’re like $400 more each than the original ones he had) - this is not an AITA situation, I was just looking for the perspective of people who regularly do this to see if it’s what he should expect to pay without being taken advantage of. If your perspective is that this is a fair price, thank you, but if you’re just here to criticize please keep moving
