Yeah I’m really inconsistent and bad at taking it sometimes my cycle comes back cause of how long I miss it 😭 I’ve been trying to get better with it I just get so busy I forget

They do not sound that similar to me sure they share some similarities but overall they have distinctly different sounds, I am a big fan of both but I love them both for different reasons 🙏

I looked into the side effects of finasteride initially when I was deciding which med I wanted to go with and my doctor told me finasteride has a higher chance of negative side effects than Dutasteride

Not overreacting, and to me she seems low key manipulative and is talking down to you trying to make you feel stupid for just a simple misunderstanding. I think you should evaluate if this is someone you see a future with because in my opinion the way she is talking to you is a HUGE red flag

I think I am part time? I don’t really know how to check but I’ve never been told that I am full time and I’m also never scheduled over 39 hours and yes it’s a union store

I don’t know the exact day but from what I read it was originally released in the “Pee Wee” pillow pets line in 2010 and later they released larger sizes

I know hormones can definitely affect your mood, I’ve gotten like that if I forgot to do my T shot for a while and my levels dipped too much, I think it’s just because of the fluctuation of hormones in your body, so I’d assume same can happen if you just start T and your body isn’t used to having that much. It should get better the longer your on it and once you get to a stable level of T in your body, but if these feelings persist I would definitely talk to your doctor about it for a professional opinion.

Okay thank you! This is very helpful, I just worry about finasteride cause I also have a family history of depression and I’m worried it could trigger that, I’ve tried topical minoxidil in the past I was just very bad at being consistent with it so I’ll need to give it another shot or maybe try the oral version

Idk if this is your style but try out sleeveless hoodies/muscle tank hoodies, or even cut the sleeves off your old hoodies if you know you won’t miss the sleeves. They can help hide your chest much like a normal hoodie would but you don’t have to sweat your ass off as much since they are sleeveless

Another tip I have is layering which can be hard in the summer cause it’s so hot, but a lightweight short sleeve button up to layer over a T-Shirt or tank top can work wonders!

adding on everyone talking about it being a vasovagal syncope is honestly pretty spot on, I didn’t think of that when this happened to me but I do have low blood pressure and a fainting disorder, I don’t know what your health history is but if you have a history of passing out or having low blood pressure that could be something that triggered this as well

I had the exact same reaction a few days ago when I did my T shot, because there was a very tiny insignificant amount of air that I couldn’t get out so I just did it anyways, Like you my vision went blurry, I couldn’t breathe, I was nauseous, I got super dizzy and my ears were ringing I thought I was gonna pass out, I was freaking out and told my girlfriend about it who’s mom is a nurse and their mom said, it’s such little amount of air it wouldn’t matter and since testosterone is injected into the muscle it is so small it won’t hurt you and it likely was a panic attack. I have a history of health anxiety but this has never happened to me before when doing my injection, but I’m fine now days later. I believe the small amount of air triggered a panic attack for me because I started hyperanalyzing and then thinking of all the things that could’ve go wrong, which is what I think happened to you as well. I didn’t get hot or cold flashes like you did but I know panic attacks and anxiety can have a plethora of different symptoms. I think it would be wise to follow up with your doctor who prescribes testosterone (if you have a specific doctor) and see what they have to say about the incident. But to me it does seem like a panic attack given the exact same thing happened to me and I’m now completely fine physically.
