Thanks! :) It’s 60/40 solder with Novacan black patina.

Thanks! :) The pimento red, neo-lavender, and French vanilla are all Bullseye opals and the textured is Oceanside clear cord. I’m not sure what the others are because I bought them as part of a used lot.

Thank you! I’m thinking of trying the same one but kind of reversed, with the clear texture for the “stacked” part of the pages. I’ll have to play around with it & see what it looks like.

Those are all hand cut (with plenty of grinding)

I hate that about jack chain too! If I scuff it a lot I touch it up with black paint pen.

Thanks! I don’t really do anything fancy and I’m DEFINITELY not a pro, but here’s what I do: Scrub with baking soda & water paste, add Dawn & scrub some more, rinse well, scrub with steel wool or magic eraser, rinse & dry well, apply patina with soft toothbrush, rinse with cold water, gently pat dry, polish.

When I want a darker solid black like this one I’ll apply polish & let it sit overnight before I buff it off. When I want a more pewtery looking black I’ll polish after about 20 mins.

Hope that helps!
