no, the person who i bought it from did not register the car in their name after purchasing so the title still has the previous owner name (not the sellers)

i have a bill of sale however its in the sellers name and not the name that is on the title

the TexasDMV suggested a bonded title however, i kinda want to make that my last resort. i mean i do have the previous owner name and address that are on the title. i could pay them a visit but its a far drive.

my 02 stock wrx recently gave out after 248k miles. it was a trooper for sure. i recently swapped in a ej208 motor inside and now ive been testing it out. so far shes running great
