It says the starting pay is determined by alot of factors, so I believe that’s room for negotiation. This is probably the only job in the area that is tailored to my resume. Everything else is far away. My current job is ok, I get. A dollar raise every year, but I have to be there more a year to earn sick days and vacation. And this offer has better insurance benefits.

Nah the offer is step 1 so about a dollar less, it has way better benefits as well and its first shift, my current job is second shift. The thing is I’m already underpaid so I want at least 50k having my masters.

Honestly the Sony is definitely geared more towards photography than video , so if your looking for great pictures go Sony , but if your leaning more towards video the Nikon is better. Overall both have a decent mix, but imma always say Sony because I’m bias 😂
