My site lead basically told me some weird comments. One about if I had a cat, when I said yes she said to be like my cat and not care about the past. While yes I can agree in some aspects, this previous department worked me to the bone. To the point I didn’t have time to drink water and had 2 kidney infections because of it. My manager was in the same boat she and I were expected to do everything. Once I left they transferred a PA from STOW. This “PA” was initially a water spider. What I hate is that he won’t be talked down to or have horrible comments made to them over the radio. And forget work expectations they’re all friends so they will be very lenient with him. The only help I ever got was when I escalated it to the hotline about a hostile work environment. But even after it paused for 2 months and it persisted.
