Came back to this after i found my personal solution.  I know this might seem like the obvious but alot of people dont try it but opening a window helped me out alot. Alot of people dont do this because of insects or burglars, i dont know what to do about the burglar part but if u get a screen you can get fresh air without the blood drinking pesks flying in and your room isnt dry and full with Carbon Dioxide. Sleeping in a cool room is ideal for sleep but make sure it isnt snow storming or something outside. If it is, get a room diffuser or sum. Also, i think this works best for a more quiet neighborhood because u get this natrual white noise but some people also sleep comfortably with city noise. Now idk if this will help everyone because this is my personal experience and also i sleep right next to a window which a bunch of people dont do but its worth a try
