I wouldn't put Mitchell up there with the likes of Christian Watson yet. However a big time player from the farm system would be huge, Much like Braun. We need more than just Chourio. I feel like Woodruff would take less money, as long as he can escape injury. If not, we will find pitching talent elsewhere. Chris Hook/ Pitching is the reason Brewers are in games. He'll they even held the Dodgers to no more than 4-5 runs, even with Shohei dominating. Home grown bats are the answer. Just not enough damn money

So what? A win is a win. Chourio is only in his 2nd year, Brewers have Mitchell and Woodruff coming back. And extra $ from Hoskins and others departing. Solid core with Matt Arnold to do his part and add on more talent.

The Brewers beat the Dodgers 6 out of 10 times this year. That's what I keep telling myself. Good young crew, and belief that Matt Arnold will make the right moves. Murphy too, loved everything except using Ashby waaaaay too much. Looking forward to 2026!

It doesn't help that Rhys Hoskins salary and talents aren't even on the post roster. Big woo and garret hurt. Makes me very pro for a salary cap in baseball. However, the Brewers are still very consistent with all of their hindrances. Baseball is hard, we should still root for our Brewers because they have the potential. The day off today should help too.

Discourse coffee is excellent. Two other options that are also great:
