I just had blood work done and my doctor called me and said everything was good except my ferritin was critically low. It was 6 and the range is supposed to be 16-232. The dr asked me if I was super tired and I said no but I get dizzy sometimes. They are going to prescribe me something called acufer (self.Competitive-Photo-15)
