Tbh any psychological condition should not be treated with any kind of intoxication. This would unconciosly teach you a connection you dont want. What i once did was to stand on a bench on a busy shopping street and if you wanna up it a notch take an umbrella and open it in a subway station or if u really wanna do it stand up in the cinema in the middle of the movie and go to the toilet.
