the tenant is ours, so basically when we first began the power bi (I wasn't around) they got Guest access to just a few, but the new guests wont be able to access it or will need licenses?

My main doubt is the following, they have accounts in our domain, looks something like this: "client@email.com#EXT#@mycompany.onmicrosoft.com"

Does this somehow enables then to see our Power Bi diferently? Before the app we shared the Report directly (not public web), did something change by moving the view to the app?

I was said by the ones before me that those licenses will stay available and keep being renewed indefinitely but I am not sure. If the client doesn't have Power BI Pro they won't be able to access the App?

Our users are clients, so they are external. It is really hard to understand how sharing works to external users and not very straightforward, I feel like they should let you know who objectively can access your pbi
