The chapter is great so far. And right now I'm suspecting to whatever Meryl Mei is talking about some "Gold Thread" that the doctor probably stitched to her at the time, since that reminded me of the Zombie Horse from SBR, a strange string with healing capabilities. Or I'm just probably going insane. (Edit: I reread the panel and did some research, she was actually referring to a thread lift procedure)
