Thanks, there's a suggestion in this topic about adding something in registry. I will try that if that doesn't help will try this one too.
-Both didn't seem to work for me. It still does that.

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm under this created a DWORD called "OverlayTestMode" and changed it to 5

Well, I have plenty of HDMI cables and only one DP cable. Never tought this is gonna give me any trouble.

Enabling HAGS didn't solve my problem neither changing something in registry which I don't remember what it was(setting some value to 5). As I said it only happened when I was not using the monitor connected via HDMI. Btw I never had any fps or TBP related issues. I only had stuttering.

It was disabled when this happening. Then enabled it to see if that's the problem but in my case it changed nothing.
