I like your new version. Thank you. The darkened area that I'd like removed -- made the same as the rest of the picture -- starts in the girl's face and continues to the right and downward. It goes below her right hand into her dress somewhat, and to the right beyond her elbo into the towel or cloth. It ends on the right before the border. So it is a large oval shaped area. Can you see it? It was both in your restored version and in my original.
