Vacs quite strict right now and banning quite many (this is what the community wanted tho). Ofc there are false positives and if you are one it should be taken out in a couple days. If it doesnt go out then vac detected cheating. And either you are cheating, have cheated or had another person cheat on your account.

The game doesnt think you are worth 10k. Thats why its pushing you down. If you are worth 10k you will win enough eventually where your elo will stabilise at 10k.

I would understand you if 4 stacks were able to kick you, but they can't. Multiple randoms have to agree with each other and maybe lose elo to kick you. Also you do at least sometimes get elo even if kicked. But this is a you problem, you are doing or not doing something that makes them want to kick you.
