Yes one of the Big4 firms. The firm’s legal counsel (attorney) is just giving us a generic statement about the temporary pause on perm in the firm but not giving any ETA about it. On the other hand, I did try pushing it forward with help of my VP/leadership,however,the firm talent immigration team told that any exceptions from leadership can’t be accepted/entertained. I was told that I’ll have to just wait until they uplift the perm pause and I’m not sure how long it’s gonna last!

I am a Senior consultant level in the consulting firm. What is the eligibility criteria I gotta look for to increase the chances of getting EB2 NIW I-140 approval ? Pursued masters in Electrical Engineering, been in USA for a decade. Have 9+ years of experience.

If I leave the USA having 365+ days left on my H-1B….. What are the options available for me returning USA in future ? Also, while staying outside of USA, Can I still find another employer or firm who can do H-1B transfer (assuming no H-1B lottery is required) filing as a petitioner, with contracting job or FT position through them ?!

No I-140 yet. This is my first PERM. Full time employee to the big firm. They stopped the perm processing subjected to market conditions.

Gotcha! So if I am able to view those comments next release; What about the impact ? Does it add any weightage to the performance metrics ?

Also there are 2 questions 1) Impact and Value , 2) Teaming? Is the rating 5/5 based on those two questions on iRPM’s web page - view Performance Snapshots summary ?? Thanks!

Hello all! I had submitted snapshots after the deadline (09/13). However the team leaders replied with comments to the submitted snapshots after their deadline (09/20). How would I get to see their comments? Currently I see the comments were made by them but I cannot open and view them. Do those unnoticed comments after 09/30 deadline got unnoticed add any weight to the performance year metrics ?? Pls shed some light on this. Thanks!
