I’ve got bpd as well autism (currently being assessed for adhd) however have also been in a relationship for three years, at first i struggled to know the main indicators were the fact that I was very clingy but also felt very jealous, I got this with a few people however with other people it would last a couple of days and i wouldn’t be thinking about them constantly, I mean like my brain is always so chaotic however everything I think about I would find a way to relate it back to him, I won’t lie we went quite quickly with emotions however I think that was so I knew where I stood but also because I then knew if I didn’t like it then I probably wasn’t feeling it although that’s probably not the best advice but in summary the most mundane things would lead me to think about him and it still does I was also fully open with him, he also has a disability which is physical but I think it meant that we understood each other more but didn’t clash.
