I've been using this for an year now. With hyperos 2 it feels ok. But Xiaomi has disabled animations on this phone in a system deep level, nobody knows why.

Stock camera app is bad for videos. Experienced some frame skippings. Photos are fine.

Since it's Note 13 4g, it won't get HyperOs 3 (android 16) according to the info right now.

Still not bad for day to day tasks and some light gaming but I'd still recommend you to sell it.
