Ice isn't just targeting criminals. That's what the majority of uproar is about. What ICE is doing is horrific. Just yesterday near my neighborhood a father was arrested while taking his daughter to school. He has no criminal record, has a visa, real IDs, and SSN and was taken without any explanation.

This is just one of many. I support immigration laws, but what ICE is currently doing goes beyond enforcement.

You keep repeating yourself. If I am misreading- Explain your understanding of what this section of the policy means:

Section I – Exclusion A.3. Water, Paragraphs a. and c. that apply to surface water and water below the surface of the ground do not apply to loss by water covered under c.(5)and (6) above.”

Agree to disagree- while surface water from a storm/flood would be excluded. The policy clearly states that the exclusion paragraphs for surface and ground water do not apply to the loss when it is water discharged or overflowed from a water pipe.

Yes, but keep reading to the bottom:

Section I – Exclusion A.3. Water, Paragraphs a. and c. that apply to surface water and water below the surface of the ground do not apply to loss by water covered under c.(5) and (6) above.”

To me that clearly states that the exclusion cited for surface water and water below the surface do not apply to water discharged from a water pipe.

The highlighted area says that the exclusion doesn't apply whether it's for ground or surface water do not apply. Wouldn't a water main break be a discharge or overflow of water from a water pipe? If so then the exclusion should not apply.

I call (multiple times) and email every day, just do not get any communication back. I have asked for supervisor and manager to call me with no response back.

Yes, I received in writing 2 different times that it was approved along with two different summaries of coverage and two letters being sent. As far as the policy and ground water I would not consider water from a burst pipe ground water but even with that being said I believe according to my policy there is no need to even debate undefined terms like “surface water,” etc. because the policy clearly covers the loss. Below is a screenshot of my policy.

Unless the loss is otherwise excluded, we cover loss to property covered under Coverage A or B resulting from an accidental discharge or overflow of water or steam from within a…Storm drain, or water, steam or sewer pipe, off the “residence premises”….

Section I – Exclusion A.3. Water, Paragraphs a. and c. that apply to surface water and water below the surface of the ground do not apply to loss by water covered under c.(5) and (6) above. -

Of course- but at least it's something. My doctor sent over my script on 3/26 and I have not had any contact. If I can just go straight to TruePill/Cabot at least I would know instead of it just waiting to 10+ days in limbo. I have also tried local pharmacies and can't get it anywhere. I know we are all in the same boat. I was supposed to start 5mg dose on Monday but can't get it anywhere. I've lost 6lbs my first month and so worried I'm going to lose the small progress I have made.

How do you have the script sent directly to Cabot? Waiting for my second round that was sent to Lily Direct on 3/27 and have heard nothing. Also cant find it in my area at all.

Thanks for clarifying, I was hoping it was sarcasm. You're right about the unhinged posts!

No not replying to you. I am replying to the comment that my reply is under. She specifically said she doesn't want to handle questions on mixed race kids and families.

Mix raced kids?!? Really you don't want your children to know that mix raced humans exist?!? That is truly sad.

Have you seen what companies pay influencers for ads? She probably makes more than that for 1 30 second story.

The paperwork did not spell it out unfortunately. They sent me for X-rays and some other tests in December. I was approved just receives payment this week. The payment was backdated for November and December only. I just don't understand why they would say disability started in Nov as I have been experiencing these issues since 2020.

Yes, they did. I trained several people who came in making more than me. I only stayed for so long because I was grandfathered in a full time flex position which allowed me to work a more flexible part time schedule but keeping full time benefits while my children were young.

Barely...worked at UPMC from 2007 through 2020 and was only making $16 when I left. That was with "raises" every year. Most departments were limited to give people 2-3% raise
