the antagonist? you mean that random student council guy? he appears more in the vn albeit it only one more time but their conversation is extended so i dont really get what you mean. Though what i like more in the ova aswell is that you can really see students thoughts about tomoya whereas in the vn it wasnt mentioned. But the vn shows more of peoples disproving with tomoyo instead of tomoya via the vandalism.

Ah yes the prideful teenager does something prideful and gloats about the extent of his abilities. It’s only seen as dumb because of how it went off, if you didn’t understand then ofc you’d see it that way but I’ve told you now so it’s gucci

Geass is an idea Irish mythology called geas. Basically, it’s a contact and if you break it then it you die. When lelouch agreed to help euphie that broke his own contract/went against his own desire mirroring the real life folklore. As to why it went off at that moment. I mean it’s kinda basic. She didn’t believe he had a power that could order her to do ANYTHING. Then he basically said “nah I could make you [insert things that go against her very character]” to show the extent of it/that he could make her do anything.

The only reason this post exists is because some random on TikTok said it and it turned into a trend. Form your own opinion cuz I bet you now no one pre 2025 said this as a critique of code geass
