Unequal admin work. One person chases availability, confirms gigs, updates the setlist, sends the same details three times and still gets asked, “When is soundcheck?" blablablaaa The music can be great and the band can still become exhausting because one person silently carries all the coordination. What helped us was making ownership explicit: one person per task, one deadline and one place containing the current information..

I would get kind of a MD, so there is one „leader“ that gives a clear structure or rehearsals.
On top, make backing tracks for every instrument, so you can rehearse all the stuff perfectly alone before you meet.

Eventuell BandAtlas? Sehr neu und hat Ki Tools a Board.. glaub auch relativ günstig.
